This is me Kitty!

This is me Kitty!

Hello wonderful souls, I've decided to create a blog so I've got a place to dump any little pearls of wisdom that may help someone in need.  Also I find writing quite a therapeutic practice, anyway we'll see how this goes. This may be the only post I actually do 🤣.

Over the past decade I've done so many different trainings and qualifications in a wide variety of practices. So now is the time to stop being scared and start bringing it all together.

So here's a bit about me, I'm a dedicated Yoga and Meditation instructor with over a decade of experience, over the years I've  developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of finding balance in a busy and often chaotic world.  We live in our heads far too much, so any opportunity to get out of that space is much needed.  People need a break from all that noise.

My own journey into the world of Yoga and Meditation began over 15years ago when I was searching for a way to manage my own stress and anxiety. I discovered that the practice of yoga not only helped me find peace and calm, but it also gave her me a new sense of purpose and meaning in life. This transformative experience led me to pursue extensive training in yoga and meditation, for both adults and children.  And I feel truly called to spread this out to the world.

As a teacher, I really believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where people can explore their inner world and discover their true potential.  Finding a little piece of calm amongst the chaos.

Outside of teaching, I love to dance as much as possible, music is the answer!
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, in nature as much as possible, and exploring new places. I love getting lost in a book, my dad had a saying that reading was the fastest way to travel and connect with that so much.

Above all, I am totally committed to sharing the joy and benefits of yoga and meditation with as many people as possible, empowering them to live their best lives.

I've got loads of lush ideas for some gorgeous classes and some exciting collaborations so watch this space for more of that to come in the not too distant future.

After just coming back from maternity it seemed like a lovely thing to start with the parent and baby yoga class at Shanti Bee

If you don't know about Shanti Bee then you really should, it's a lush community offering an incredible array of classes and therapies for everyone!

A safe space to connect with other parents, to connect with baby and enjoy a gentle nurturing practice.

For the babies that are more mobile, they have a great time exploring, and there's plenty of toys for them to play with.
